As we are a family owned business, one of the qualities we look for in employees is reliability. Dependable, hard-working couriers who can satisfy our customers’ needs are one of our top priorities.
However, we do have a few more requirements:
Our employees must be 21 years of age or older, and possess a legal driver’s license and proof of insurance.
Drivers must pass the MVR. The MVR is a driving record that will help us know that you have a safe history on the roads, or if you have any special endorsements or restrictions on your license.
Drivers must also pass drug and alcohol screenings, and criminal background checks.
Here at Hot Shot Delivery, we expressly forbid any form of hiring discrimination.
